Exodus 21:36

SV	Of is het kennelijk geweest, dat die os van te voren stotig was, en zijn heer heeft hem niet bewaard, zo zal hij in alle manier os voor os vergelden; doch de dode zal zijns wezen.
WLC	אֹ֣ו נֹודַ֗ע כִּ֠י שֹׁ֣ור נַגָּ֥ח הוּא֙ מִתְּמֹ֣ול שִׁלְשֹׁ֔ם וְלֹ֥א יִשְׁמְרֶ֖נּוּ בְּעָלָ֑יו שַׁלֵּ֨ם יְשַׁלֵּ֥ם שֹׁור֙ תַּ֣חַת הַשֹּׁ֔ור וְהַמֵּ֖ת יִֽהְיֶה־לֹּֽו׃ ס
Trans.	’wō nwōḏ^a‘ kî šwōr nagāḥ hû’ mitəmwōl šiləšōm wəlō’ yišəmərennû bə‘ālāyw šallēm yəšallēm šwōr t^aḥaṯ haššwōr wəhammēṯ yihəyeh-llwō:

AC	לו או נודע כי שור נגח הוא מתמול שלשם ולא ישמרנו בעליו--שלם ישלם שור תחת השור והמת יהיה לו {ס} [ (Exodus 21:37) לז כי יגנב איש שור או שה וטבחו או מכרו--חמשה בקר ישלם תחת השור וארבע צאן תחת השה ]
ASV	Or if it be known that the ox was wont to gore in time past, and its owner hath not kept it in, he shall surely pay ox for ox, and the dead [beast] shall be his own.
BE	But if it is common knowledge that the ox has frequently done such damage in the past, and its owner has not kept it under control, he will have to give ox for ox; and the dead beast will be his.
Darby	Or if it be known that the ox have gored heretofore, and its owner have not kept him in, he shall in any case restore ox for ox; and the dead shall be his.
ELB05	Ist es aber bekannt gewesen, daß der Ochse vordem stößig war, und sein Besitzer hat ihn nicht verwahrt, so soll er gewißlich Ochsen für Ochsen erstatten, und der tote soll ihm gehören.
LSG	Mais s'il est connu que le boeuf était auparavant sujet à frapper, et que son maître ne l'ait point surveillé, ce maître rendra boeuf pour boeuf, et aura pour lui le boeuf mort.
Sch	Wußte man aber, daß der Ochs schon seit etlichen Tagen stößig war und hat sein Herr ihn doch nicht in Verwahrung getan, so soll er den Ochsen ersetzen und das Aas behalten.
